Any thoughts on the awards so far?

I just can't believe Cantone made that comment about the professionals and non professionals in the Hercules production in the park.

Enjoying it so far and just happy that we are able to watch an awards show.

Just started tuning in, so I missed it. What did he say? I find Cantone's performance persona extremely grating. He chewed the scenery to shreds when I saw him in Celebrity Autobiography - painful to watch.

I looked over the list of awards so far. I don't feel particularly strongly about any of the awards announced as of yet. Glad "The Headlands" won for their projections - some of the best video design I've ever seen onstage.

I didn't think Michelle Pawk was particularly good in Heroes, but none of the other nominees stuck in my brain, so I can't really complain.

eh, I wasn't particularly upset by any of the winners. Most the recipients felt spot on for me.

So lovely to see Larry Owens win for A Strange Loop. I hope he's able to continue with the show at Wolly Mammoth now that world has been thrown through a loop.

I never get ties in awards shows.

That said, Borle was the best part of LSH; he elevated that production to another level.

Thrilled for Donovan, Davis, and Borle. All three were so terrific in their roles.

So happy for Edmund Donovan. He gave a Tony worthy performance in Greater Clements. And yay Octet!!!

It was really nice to have a bit of awards season excitement.

Really thought this thread might be longer but I guess I am not too surprised.

Also so so happy for Edmund Donovan. One of my favorite performances.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
