Didn’t see this discussed in other threads and it deserves its own post if only for its novelty. Glad that we’ll have some idea of what Audra’s Stella would have been, better than nothing I suppose. I wouldnt mind a similar Audible of Metcalf’s Martha.

I'm so glad you started this thread about Audible. I recently listened to August: Osage Country and How I Learned to Drive and really, really enjoyed both recordings. Watching Broadway online (even HD) doesn't work for me at all, I wasn't able to finish a single recorded performance (even ones I saw and loved). Listening to plays, however, was a revelation. I'm prepared to spend some money on Audible credits till Broadway reopens.

I’m glad that you raved so much about it. While I’ve been checking out titles, I was not nearly engaged until now. It gives me some hope that Audra’s performance will be fairly captured, even without video.

I'm excited about this, but I hope it is edited better than the Angels In America audiobook.

I know many people love that recording but I could not finish it. It was so clear that every actor recorded their part separately. There was no connection between any of them in my opinion.
