Does anybody know if reviews for Six will be released tonight even though opening night was cancelled? I'd imagine many of the reviewers probably saw the show during final previews, I'm just not sure if they would still publish them if the production isn't officially open. It's a rare situation.
Whenever the reviews do come out, this can be the thread to discuss them.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
This is a cute quote "Six: The Musical (does that colon distinguish it from Six: The Number?" Called out the score too "If the pastiche music shows its student show roots, the sugar-spiked performances are entirely professional, often virtuosic."
I was curious why they wanted the reviews held until April. I am sure that all the reviews were already written, is there any advantage for the show to have them delayed?

From a purely business standpoint, good reviews generate ticket sales. If the reviews came out yesterday, people would be far less likely to buy right now, given the shutdown.
