Surprised there is no feedback today regarding last night's benefit "reading" of the show.   Any reviews from anyone that may have gone?

It was FABULOUS! As was the after party. An incredibly hilarious piece of theatre.

Do you think there would be interest in a revival of the piece starring Busch?

120%. It was one of the best plays I have ever seen and I am a play guy. Plays are my thing. I was in stitches the entire night. I’d totally go and support it on a regular basis.

Really? I know Busch in the past said he didn't play the part because it wanted it to be his "legit" play and not be considered a camp piece. I basically worship him (only missed this to see Angela in Earnest last night) but would think the drag aspect would create a distance from the audience that might hurt the piece. Glad you enjoyed!

I was seated in the fourth row orchestra, and it was great to see the reactions of the actors as other lines were being read.  The best was when they would try to hold in their laughter.  After all these years, it seemed as if the material was fresh to them again.

Really? Wow! That’s quite interesting. I can say with certainly the uproarious laughter yielded no hurt. I do hope they bring this back. I think they way they did it last night was a win. If it was 2 days I would have absolutely care back for another day.
