Oh get over yourself. People are allowed to be interested in whatever show they want. You can't control that.

"it's off Broadway for a reason" ummm some of the best theater in the city is Off-Broadway.

As for your question magictodo, they don't have any promos out right now. There are $49 tickets for weekdays in the last row (which is perfectly fine at that theater). Since tickets just went on sale, don't expect any promos for a while. Id just buy the last row if you're looking for something cheap.

Having not heard about this show at all I did some research... The cast is pretty legit. What's going on here? Lesli Margherita, Lucas Steele, Felicia Boswell, Natalie Weiss, Ann Harada are all in it.

I saw this at NYMF last year and really enjoyed it. It's surprisingly deep for an emoji musical but probably won't change your life or anything. It had a great energy with a great cast there, and I'm excited to see what this new cast will bring and what changes they've made in the year and a half since their last production.

Anyways I saw it at NYMF and it was charming and adorable. Not a kids show, any more than “lightening thief” was a kids show. It’s Family friendly but I had a great time with friends.

Also, the offer is valid for only regular seats, not premium. So if you put seats that are “too good” in your cart, you won’t get the discount. My $20 seats are in Row G.

I was tempted by this very good offer, so I looked it up on YouTube. And it was awful. *shudder*

The sad part is the production values look so high and the instrumental music/melodies are pretty good, the talent is phenomenal, but the lyrics (what it's about) is dumb asf and makes me cringe so hard.

The show previews in a week and hardly any seats are sold.

Mine also. To me, thats a plus. The Duke doesn't have "premium" seating in a real sense. And there the sound mid -house is better to my ear than sitting in the front row.

I'll see anything for $20, especially to support new writers. That La Margherita is in it is gravy! If I also score a rush seat for My Name is Lucy Barton that night, the trip will be worth it no matter how good or bad this turns out to be.
