Has anyone sat in rush seats for the David Byrne show?  I won for tonight's 5:30pm show and wondering what to expect.  Thanks.

Not sure what you ended up getting, but I went on Halloween and got balcony row D. Still a good view and a wonderful show. I think there’s another thread on here somewhere in which folks say that had mezzanine or orchestra. Seems like a mixed bag with this one.

Did ‘American Utopia’ rush yesterday (1/19/20). Right at 9:59:58 from the Today Tix site I started hitting the space where the ‘2’ number for the tickets would appear. At 10:00 the ‘2’ appeared and after like the second hit on the ‘2’, I got through and was able to purchase a pair of tickets! When we got to the box office and picked up the tickets, they were already printed, so what we got was what we got. We ended up in the center balcony, last row (H), seats 101 and 102. Good seats and views, but because of the hanging speakers on the left side of the stage, some of the action on that side of the stage was partially blocked. But for $39 to a sold out show, I can’t and shouldn’t complain at all! It was a wonderful show and a lot of fun to watch. Did stage door after the show and David Byrne did come out to sign Playbill’s and take photos. He’s a really pleasant guy. Try to see this show before it closes on 2/16/20.
