Tick, Tick... Boom! would be an excellent.

The Band's Visit may have advertised a 90 minute run time, but I was at that theatre for many a performance and it clocked in much closer to 100 minutes. Though of course it's kind of a moot point, since I doubt that the rights would be available in time for this senior project that prompted this thread.

Murder for Two. A 90 minute murder mystery show written for two piano-playing actors, where one plays the inspector and the other plays all 13 suspects.
"Please attend my university's production of 'Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me,' starring Jay Schwartz as Martin Short and Demitrius Williams as Marc Shaiman. You may remember Williams from his portrayal of the title role in last semester's production of 'Elaine Stritch at Liberty.'"
