It is going to tour, but they’ll have to change the staging from in-the-round to typical theater staging. Also, while I’m sure the touring cast will be excellent, it probably won’t be the Broadway cast. Still, if you miss it on Broadway, you still might have a shot.
Is it likely that all of the Broadway principals will go on tour with Oklahoma? No.
Is it possible that all or some of the Broadway principals would tour with it? Sure – low probability, but weirder things have happened. Could also be a case where some understudies get promoted on the road. Doesn't do us much good to dwell on it, though, they probably haven't even begun casting...we'll find out in ~10 months.

No one is dwelling, just having a conversation and providing someone with a big head with some examples of something they insist will NEVER happen, when it happened. Dwell on, folks...
We are talking about shows with cast members, and ensemble. So, telling me about one person shows is pretty ridiculous. They don't count in a discussion about shows that feature an ensemble. So sorry!
Once again, I said entire casts, which has never been done.
That said, perhaps Patrick, who originated the role at Bard (Daniel Fish's version) will be with the tour, he seems very attached to it and I can't imagine anyone better suited for Jud.
That is accurate, and since this thread is about Oklahoma!, we are talking about a show with principals and an ensemble cast (more than 1 person). The people insulting Millie are in the wrong, imo.
But, to answer the OP's question again, they will be wrapping up in January. It's a wonderful show, and I hope you will see it somewhere. Be well!
