Did anyone else go to the Global Citizens Festival 2019 today? Ben Platt performed two songs and he was wonderful. I definitely wanted to hear more and now slightly jealous of people who are going to his show tomorrow. Even though I don't know his music too well, he's impressed me. Carole King also performed, which was amazing, and she brought Kelly Clarkson on to do a duet. She also did a "duet" with her young self projected on the screen. They said the last time she performed Central Park was 1973.
The rest of the line up was simply fantastic. Loved OneRepublic's set and special mention to Alicia Keys because the lady can command a stage. The girl was on fire, pun intended. Of course Queen + Adam Lambert (reason I was really there) was phenomenal.
