Massive budget?  Then Hamilton.  Go see Hadestown while you’re there.  It’s incredible with the original cast.  You might try Moulin Rouge.  We didn’t like it but a lot of folks seem to.  I think the West Side Story revival will have opened by then as well.  Don’t know much about current plays.  With the kids in tow, we don’t ever get to go to straight plays.

Similar demographic 36 no kids.

For me in order on personal preference

1. Come From Away

2. Hadestown

3. Hamilton

4. Book of Mormon

5. Tootsie

6. The Play that Goes Wrong

7. Waitress

8. Wicked

9. Ain't too Proud

10. Lion King

11. Beetlejuice

12. Aladdin

13. Oklahoma

14. Phantom

15. Frozen

16. Mean Girls

I have not seen and therefore can not comment on moulin rouge, dear evan Hanson and Harry Potter (seeing next week) which based on reviews would all slot in top 5.

Little shop of horrors and wrong man (if its extended) are also considerations that I have not seen without enough information to intelligently comment on outside of both having incredibly talented leads (Groff, Henry, Vazquez) and creative teams.

I also didnt include freestyle love supreme as it's in a different genre, but if you are a fan of Hamilton and improv comedy, its definitely worth seeing.

That's a great time to be in new york and you shouldnt have any trouble getting tickets.

Was The Peninsula or The Pierre not available? No room at The Four Seasons?

The Can Can seats at Moulin Rouge. The Joe Iconis Christmas Extravaganza - December 15 are the last 2 shows. I haven’t seen Norm Lewis but he also does a show at 54 Below. Since you have a massive budget, check out what’s Happening atCafe Carlyle. Also, Birdland has a Christmas Show and Freddy Cole (Nat’s brother) performs there every Christmas.

Who in their right mind goes into the internet and boasts about having "a massive budget"?

Oh wait, someone who has just joined BWW!

Someone who's started a thread like this on this board multiple times before under various names and does it cause he's bored and wants to see how many responses he can get. I'm disappointed. He usually adds that he normally has dinner at Per Se or Jean Georges but asks if anyone thinks Le Bernardin is any good.

If you love all different types of shows, why does it matter what you see? You seem like you’re bound to enjoy it regardless. Besides, even in the unlikely that you don’t like the show, it’s not like you took a huge loss on the ticket since you have a massive budget.
