So I am going to be in NYC Sunday Dec 1st and I was thinking of using the lotteries around Broadway to try my luck. That leaves two shows, Wicked and Little Shop. Both shows start at 3pm, but Wicked's lottery starts 2 1/2 hours before curtain, draw at 2 hours, and Little Shop starts at 2 hours, draws at 1 1/2 hours. I have never done an in-person lottery before, so I'm curious if it is possible to enter the Wicked lottery and then sprint to the Westside Theater (Google says it's a 13 min walk) to enter the Little Shop one? How long does it take to draw? It can't be that long as it's just 13 people's names if it's 26 seats.
Definitely possible IF there aren’t many people at each lotto. I went to the wicked lotto one time and there were maybe 30 people there or so. Took about 15-20 mins for the picking. But remember, if you win wicked, and then Little Shop, you can’t go back to the Gershwin to return your tickets. Also depends on the weather. If it’s bad weather like it was when I went, then less people will be there.
Being the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend I would plan for heavy crowds no matter the weather. That's a huge tourist holiday, of course, so it's also not just the crowds at the shows and lotteries, but the hordes of tourists who will be clogging the sidewalks all around the theatre district.

Yeah, I wasn't planning on trying the Little Shop lotto if we won the Wicked one, Little Shop was just a back up (even as I'm more excited for it).

Very true, but I would be fine if we didn't win. Some other shows might have easy rush available (well maybe not with the tourists) and worst case, my SO and I will just go to a museum or something else. Not the worst thing to miss both shows, just seeing if it's possible.
