Has anyone seen OSCAR at the Crown yet in Brooklyn? I just listened to this track and it sounds pretty epic and saw that they just extended another month through September.
Curious to hear if anyone here has seen before I buy tickets.

I saw it a few months back and while the cast is great and the concept is very interesting (especially for someone so into reality shows/pop culture such as myself), it was sooo over-amplified that I couldn't understand most of the lyrics. The show is about 90% sung-through, so if you can't understand the lyrics, it's a problem.
Also its SRO and you will have to move around alone, so I don't know if that'll be an issue for you. The night I went it was pretty undersold, so we luckily had a lot of space to move around.
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
I loved this - it’s so much better than Cleopatra from last year if anyone saw that.
Yes, the acoustics of the room make it really hard to understand lyrics. But you get the idea, and it’s not Hamilton. It’s a f***ing blast - great choreo, fun atmosphere, and zany story that kept a smile on my face the whole time.
The show flies by, and I didn’t mind standing at all. The cast recording has been on repeat for weeks for me. For $18 on TodayTix, it was well worth the trip to BK.
