The Vivino Sisters release "DNA"

Les Miserables' original "Cosette," Donna Vivino, is thrilled to announce a new recording "DNA" starring her two sisters, Natailia and Antonia Vivino, on the label, ViviTone. The set is produced by their Father, Jerry Vivino. It's an All in the Family production. 

Thoughts from Producer Jerry Vivino: In the mid-1970’s my brothers and I began our now renowned journey into the world of music and entertainment - or “show biz”, as some call it. Collectively, we have been seen and heard in movies, television, pop, rock, jazz and blues recordings, in addition to worldwide live concerts and nightclub venues. But this CD is not about The Vivino Brothers. It’s about my three daughters Donna, Natalia & Antonia – The Vivino Sisters.

Donna: My first-born daughter Donna is a well-known Broadway veteran. At 8 years of age she originated the role of Young Cosette in the Broadway production of Les Miserables. Other notable Broadway credits include Hairspray, Martin Short’s Fame Becomes Me, and Elphaba in Wicked. In 2017, Donna was nominated for an LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award for best actress in a musical, as Mary Flynn in Michael Arden’s production of Merrily We Roll Along. Her TV/Film credits include Hometown (CBS), All My Children (ABC), A Gifted Man (ABC), Married To It, Good Friday, Everyday People, and the hit web series Submissions Only.

Natalia: is following in her big sister’s footsteps. At age 16, she won the Jerry Herman Awards at the Pantages Theatre for best actress in a musical, as Patrice in 13-The Musical. This subsequently led to a trip to NYC where she performed at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway for the National Jimmy Awards. In 2016 at 19 years of age, Natalia was nominated for an LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award for best featured actress, as Yonah in Cabrillo Music Theatre’s Children of Eden. Natalia’s creative work extends to songwriting. Two of her songs are featured on DNA

Antonia: my youngest, is a triple threat. Extensive ballet training began at age 8, subsequently leading to principal and featured roles with the Pacific Festival Ballet. Shortly after graduating high school in 2017, Antonia was cast in the National Tour of McCoy/Rigby’s Holiday Show Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Antonia is currently cast as Young Anna/Young Elsa in Disneyland’s Hyperion Theatre production of Frozen, as well as Sal in Disneyland’s Red Car Trolley Show.

Until I was reading Donna's bio in the program from a show I saw her in a few years ago, I had no idea Jimmy Vivino, bandleader for Conan O'Brien for all those years was Jerry's brother and her uncle. And I won't even get into "Uncle Floyd" LOL. Quite a talented family.
