The album preorder will be available beginning at midnight from digital music providers and the Sparkling Diamond Medley will be an instant download. There will be 19 tracks and the full album will be released a week from Friday, on August 30.

I haven’t seen the show yet, but I thought there was a big BAD ROMANCE number that opened the second act. Is it part of a sequence?

Yes! It's a mashup of Bad Romance, Britney Spears' Toxic, and Sweet Dreams Are Made of This. From what I saw on iTunes, they're calling it "Backstage Romance," which is a reference to Christian (Aaron Tveit) introducing Act II by talking about a romance that had blossomed aside from his and Satine's.

*The album doesn’t show up for me on iTunes searching Moulin Rough but it came up when I searched Aaron Tveit.

According the articles put out in early July, they recorded at the end of the month. So exciting!

After the annoyance of the Hadestown staggered release, I will wait until its complete.

I have already pre-ordered, downloaded the Sparkling Diamonds Medley, and choreographed a whole drag routine to it in my head.

I don’t think it’s sacrilege to say that I like this version a little better than the original, and I love how Olivo can belt, but still have that smokiness that Nicole Kidman had.

Sparkling Diamond is such a head-spinning delight, and it's only one track! I've been listening to it on Prime Music all day. So excited for the eventual release.
