Hello.  I came upon this wonderful video.  I've seen a few videos here and there.  He has a wonderful voice.  Just curious, but how would one describe his voice in technical terms?  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxDqSTCis6U&list=RDJxDqSTCis6U&index=1

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

Lyric baritone? I don't know what his top range is, but he has a lot of (unexpected) richness in these lower ntoes. He has sort of a Brent Barrett quality.

He was sensational in the ENCORES production last year of Grand Hotel...I prefer and like him much better than Brent Barrett!

He really is an incredible singer.  Thank you for the links.  I wish i could have seen him in either of those productions.

Here is a link to snippets from Soliloquy from Goodspeed's 2012 Carousel production.  I still dream of a cast recording to capture his amazing performance.

I would call him closer to a bari-tenor, since he hit some higher notes in In Transit and If/Then.

His voice is a completely different color here. It's great to hear stage actors with a multi-talented instrument.

I saw him as Elvis in Million Dollar Quartet and he was great.
