When will the Palace Theatre renovations be completed and have any shows been announced to play there?

The theater only recently began construction earlier this year and it's estimated to be done by the end of 2021 to early 2022.

People on here had some rumors of a Funny Girl revival, but honestly it's far too early to know. There have already been some delays for construction, so it's very possible it could even take even longer than what is anticipated. Either way, we just have to wait.
