Postdate for To Kill A Mockingbird? #1

Hi, is there a postdate policy for To Kill A Mockingbird? I was supposed to go today but got called in work for an emergency. I would put the ticket on Stubhub but because its a physical ticket (selected the wrong ticket delivery option by accident), I cant.

That said, does anyone know if there is a postdate policy for this show? Ive been searching but cant find one. Im assuming its the typical Telecharge postdate days but cant find anything. Maybe they do not honor postdate tickets? Does anyone know?

thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear Postdate for To Kill A Mockingbird? I always thought post-date really depends on availability and with that show, it may be tough given it's always sold out. It doesn't hurt to ask though.

If I were you, I'd also see if your company would reimburse you for the price of that ticket given they asked you to come in to work for an emergency (thus cancelling your current plans.)

I had a feeling since it’s selling out all the time that postdate might be hard. I hope that maybe when it comes closer to closing I can postdate or even grab a less expensive ticket. I’ll ask the box office the next time I’m in the city and see what they say. Calling Telecharge is like talking to a brick wall so I’m avoiding that one haha

Perhaps I've gotten lucky, but I've found Telecharge quite helpful with post-dating. I don't see why it's not worth a call. I wouldn't be surprised if they have 1-2 cancellations or house seats they'd use for post-dating on a (comparatively) slower performance, say a summer weekend, especially if you call right at 10:00 AM.
