Theatre emotional help??

So Im an 18 y/o female currently playing Eponine in Les Mis. This weekend is our show and thats it. But Ive never been in a show this emotionally draining. Like after my character dies and the barricade boys die, I get super depressed. Like, in real life. Does anyone have any ideas? I literally get home from rehearsal and feel like jumping off a bridge. How do normal people deal with this emotional trauma??! Help me, Im drowning in emotions!

I felt this lol. It helps to watch a funny movie/TV show after. Also maybe talk to your fellow cast members? They might be feeling the same way!
