Telling from that article posted a while ago on this thread, she does. Honestly, I prefer it over "One Day I'll Fly Away."

Why do you prefer it? They took Satine’s “I want” song that sets up her entire character and replaced it with her singing a song to herself saying how great she is. It’s nonsensical and awful for the character.

That is a great point, Jordan. I'm not a fan because weirdly enough, I think the song is unmemorable and the melody is bland. I'll have another listen to it. It is weird why they switched out an apparently iconic song from the movie

Yes, she sings Firework. In the context of the show I think it works. It doesn’t feel like a “how great she is” song so much as a “trying to build herself up” moment. And man she belts the crap out of it!

I agree with Jordan. I loved the show in Boston but still hated the replacement of "Fly Away" with "Firework." It doesn't help that "Firework" is one of my least favorite songs of all time. Guess I just can't relate to plastic bags.
