Yup.  That made me more excited than it should have.

 

I'm such a  theatre geek.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

That’s not the cast, that’s just Tony, Maria, the Jets and the Sharks. No Anita or any of the girls are in this photo nor Valentina the drugstore owner or Officer Krupkec etc. The cast would mean EVERYONE.

I can’t wait for Mike Faist as Riff! I loved him when I first saw him in Dear Evan Hansen, and I really hope this film will open up a lot more opportunities for him. Faist aside, I’m so excited for this film. Between Spielberg, Kushner, and a killer cast, I truly believe it’s gonna be fantastic.

It's one picture, everybody calm down!

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Ummmm......don't see your point, there are definitely people of color in that photo - about 1/2 of them.

I was referring to the design color palate, not the actors!

A friend perfectly described this first press release photo:

Maria works at The Gap in midtown (hence her pressed khaki skirt).
Tony studies Contemporary Art at NYU.

And the others are heading to an open-call audition for Norwegian Cruise Line’s production of A BRONX TALE.
