To all the winners, where were your seats located? Thanks!

Front Mezzanine Right. Row F Seat 32.  Unobstructed view.  There were families on either side of me so it wasn't a total lottery winner row.

Not sure if Beetlejuice is offering the same exact lotto seats that they did for the School of Rock, but my seats in October were a few rows in front of my Beetlejuice ones so they were slightly better.  Not sure if entering for a pair for SOR vs a single ticket for Beetlejuice made a difference.  Both times I purchased my ticket within a few minutes of being notified I won.

Hope you enjoy - I really liked it and hope to go again.

That's bizarre. The usher who seats you should be the one distributing Playbills (at least at Shubert houses). Ushers do not take surveys, so I'm not sure what is going on there. However, I take the side of the usher who stopped you from grabbing from a pile. Until you are handed a Playbill, they technically don't belong to you. While you do get one free, that doesn't entitle anyone to just grab them from (makeshift) storage areas.

Ushers can be a bit possessive of Playbills, but there is usually a practical reason for it. They only have a limited number to distribute (even less when there are inserts), usually only enough for their section. When people who haven't yet been seated, or are in different sections of the theater, ask for Playbills, it can create a shortage on that aisle. I've personally seen people freak out when an usher directs them to their specific aisle, or when they ask staff who don't distribute Playbills. People seem to think the world is ending if it isn't handed to them within seconds of entering the theater. Personally, I think it's time to get rid of them. They serve no real purpose anymore, with all the information available online, and practically everyone entering the building is in possession of a smartphone..

Any other updates on where seats can be? Is it really just the Mezz?

Hi. I won last Saturday for the 2pm show. My seat was in the orchestra L4 full view. Try the lottery on a Saturday for both shows. Everyone I know who won the lottery, won for either the Saturday 2pm show or the 8pm show. Also, there were quite a few empty seats at the 2pm show Saturday.

I was at the same performance, and yes, there were a ton of empty seats Beetlejuice digital lottery

Hold on, is this even in the right thread? This gave me whiplash for how out of the blue it was

It's all good - it was in response to something I had said asking if anyone had the same experience I did where the usher who seated me and the others in my area didn't give Playbills.  I volunteered to get us some and when I tried to, she stopped me and said that another usher gives it out and she pointed to a different usher who was running around the mezzanine handing out Playbills to people already seated in various sections.  Never saw that before.

No drama, I took their response to heart.  Just felt bad about derailing the thread from its original topic so I deleted that part.

My seats were front row center when I won the other day. Was not expecting that! Amazing front row to sit in.

Just won for the 8pm show last night (6/12.) Seats were Row K Orchestra right, in the middle of the row. Great view!

I won yesterday (on the first shot, never happens!) and we were in F 22 and 24 in the orchestra. Probably the best lottery seats I've ever had - we missed one or two things on the extreme right of the stage - mostly set details - but otherwise perfect view. Had a lot of fun, though I warn you: the joke about "fifty dollar wine" in the opening number is not that far off!

I know you. I know you. I know you.

I won in mid-July and it was Orchestra Right Row G far right. Good view.

I won last week and the seats were Orch Left row G. Seats were right in the middle of that section. Great view.

I won on July 19, E101 in orchestra which was absolutely fantastic. It was in the center section but on the right aisle. I did also only enter for one ticket so that could be why, since it was a Friday night so I was surprised I got as good of a seat that I did.

At todays show

Mezzanine right side of house, row D

Probably the worst lottery ticket location of any lottery I have won.

will be joining you tonight, I won as well!! Can’t wait to see where the seats are located. Will report back!

Edit: got orchestra row C seat 16 - essentially second seat in all the way house right. It was an okay seat. Could see the actors fine but the right half of the stage was sort of obstructed. Not listed as a partial view ticket though. Luckily I got to move a few rows back and in a more central seat and it was a MUCH better view, enjoyed the second half so much more just because I got to see the entire set. Awesome show! So over the top and elaborate but in all the right ways!

My parents won the Labor Day weekend Saturday matinee lottery yesterday, 31 Aug 2019. Unfortunately we didn't see the message until about 10:40am (it got pushed to Promotions in Gmail) which is just 20 minutes before the 11am expiration. Notifications went out at 9am so the late purchase probably played into the seats: they got mezzanine row C17 and C15, which is to the left and is marked as partial view. Also, they said the theatre was absolutely packed and the show started 20 minutes late. They were happy with the view though, said it wasn't too obstructed.

FYI when you enter on Broadway - there is a huge line to the right and then a much shorter line to the left near Will Call. Go in the left line to save much grief! Yesterday, the line wrapped all the way around the block up 7th Ave and around towards Stardust Diner. I have never seen a "reverse Stardust line" like that.

we got orchestra row N 27 & 29 - labeled partial view .. most of our row was missing so we were able to move quite a bit over so I don't think we missed anything.

Fun show.
