As posted earlier in the thread. 2/23 at 10 am. But if it's like the last few years it'll leak early. And I'm assuming you've the teaser.
"

Thank you! Apologies for not noticing earlier in the thread - I was paying attention to Tampa but just started checking for a friend who lives in Nashville. I just dug through their Facebook feed and saw the announcement of when they're announcing (and that it's early this year because they're doing something exciting for the 40th Anniversary)... is that the teaser you're talking about, or is there something that teases the lineup?

(Edit: never mind, I went back and read this entire thread and saw the teaser)

I just got an email letting me know that Philly will announce their new season on March 16th.

Really hoping someone will leak it early like last year. Very excited for this upcoming season

We still don't have an official date for an announcement for Boston, correct?

I know not all cities have announced, but I find it intriguing none of the seasons announced, so far, have Six on their lineup

Was SIX announced to tour this season? This is from a Chicago Tribune article:

“One of the producers, Kevin McCollum, told me Monday that this plan for Chicago actually is for a sit-down engagement (as with “Hamilton&rdquo2020-2021 Touring Season that could extend beyond October if ticket sales allow.”

Obviously it’ll tour eventually, but I don’t think a tour was ever planned for the 2020-2021 season, just the sit down in Chicago.

Any idea of when the Kennedy Center and The National Theater in DC will announce their respective seasons?

I searched and searched for that post, couldn’t find it, but sort of figured it would be mid-March. That’s for the update!!!

Buffalo is announcing on March 3rd, and they already sent a letter saying Hamilton is coming back from November 3-22 2020 as a season add on.

I got an email yesterday that Thousand Oaks will announce tomorrow sometime. I know it's one of the "2nd tier" stops, but considering how stacked Ahmanson and Pantages/Dolby are, I hope we get something more than the jukebox tours that are mostly prevalent in T.O. and Santa Barbara. I'll keep my season tickets regardless, because I don't want to give up my front row mezzanine seat, but it's frustrating to always be stuck with the less-exciting shows.

Once I get a new car, I'll be able to make it to LA more for the good stuff there, but I have to space those out right now and just buy tix for the "must-see's".

I'm not totally surprised by the Boston date. The past couple of years, they've announced on Monday, March 11 (2019) and Monday, March 19 (2018). Looks like they favor the second or third Monday in March.

By the way, March 16th is gearing up to be a announcement fest: Fayetteville, Tempe, Philly, Pittsburgh, Boston, and possible more. I remember last year there were nine announcements all on March 11, but I think because there are five Mondays in March this year, it's being broken up a little between the 9th (includes Denver, Costa Mesa, and Appleton) and 16th (thankfully!).

Ya this is true, I guess. For some reason it just feels later this year. Maybe I'm just more hyped as I think we could be getting a super strong season ahead :) Thinking Frozen, TKAM, hopefully Aint Too Proud, and Hadestown make a stop. Also would love to see The Prom again but with it launching in Providence, I'm not so sure. Same with Aint Too Proud.

Just got an email saying that, indeed, Pittsburgh's announcing on March 16th. They also stated that it's going to be an eight-show season (including that already-announced return of Hamilton). They'll be hosting an event like last year, but I don't have any info on that at the moment.

At this point I'm assuming Hamilton will also be returning to Boston. I can't see Wicked coming back this season looking at their tour schedule, so Hamilton makes sense for being the "big" extra in the season. Its touring around all the cities it did prior to its previous run in Boston. Its also been 2 seasons without it. Put my prediction in now, folks! Kinda hope it runs at the Colonial... but I know thats a pipe dream.

I won’t be going up as I have in previous years to attend since my season ticket for The Band’s Visit is the day prior. Doesn’t make sense to drive up twice that quickly. Looking forward to having someone else post the new season’s offerings.

I’m not sure if an official announcement went out because I’m not a subscriber but Hershey’s Broadway Series will be announced April 1st at 7pm.
