I’m really looking forward to the tour’s coming to the US. It has all the makings of a spectacular show. From the photos I’ve seen, Glasgow, the first stop, looks to be sold out. Can’t wait to read reviews and audience opinions.
Just in case anyone's interested, I'm selling three great floor seats to his Wednesday, July 17th show in San Jose for face value. Can't use them because we decided to go to Iceland instead.

I spent many happy days visiting Glasgow in the late 1960's, when I was a young sailor onboard a U.S. Navy submarine tender stationed in Holy Loch (near Dunoon), Scotland. Glasgow is now a "Renaissance City," and I can well understand why Hugh Jackman would choose to begin his world tour there. Happy, but not surprised, about the reception he received.
Looking forward to seeing his show here in Southern California in July, then flying cross-country next year to Broadway and "The Music Man". Very excited!

This 5-Star review shares a lot more on the show, including a surprise number from Dear Evan Hansen and his surprise guest.

For anyone who's curious, the setlist is here:

I wonder who is going to join him on the North American leg of the tour since it appears that Keala is not. Is there an opening act?
Wow that set list looks fantastic. Looks like most of The Greatest Showman soundtrack is covered. I wonder if Keala will join him for select US cities or if This Is Me will be replaced with something else.
I hope Settle takes good care of her voice during this tour. She was sounding pretty rough after that last Oscar season from singing that particular song, over and over again.

That --- plus the fact that she suffered a stroke the week before the Oscars!

Keala is listed to appear on the UK leg ( 6 in London/3 in Manchester/3 in Birmingham).

It is likely she will join the tour in Australia and New Zealand ( she has Maori roots), as it was indicated when she came with Hugh to both countries to promote the tour.

Other new additions - You Will Be Found (Dear Evan Hansen), Gaston ( Beauty and the Beast), the Tap Dance/Drums Medley...and All The Way instead of The Way You Look Tonight.
Hugh has said "it is in essence, a theatre show" and he covers most of the musicals which are part of his personal retrospective,

Agree it sounds almost identical to the Back on Broadway inc the Over the Rainbow section.

Hugh is in his element doing shows like this. He is a master at it. He is so engaging that the audience can't help but become engaged themselves. I cant wait to see it again in June!!"
The reviews ( like this 5-star review from the UK The Guardian) reinforce what many social media have been excitedly reporting on how impressive and entertaining the show was. I'm sure our expectations will be more than met, Teresa ![]()

Not part of the official set list presumably... but met with a delighted roar by the crowd!
