I’m still 9 days away from first date, but I’m wondering if you couldn’t just show them the ticket in the app? Assuming it’s still there without your SIM card and WiFi. Currently, it doesn’t give me option of saving to my wallet although I do have the static barcode ticket (for Oct. 1) in my wallet from when I first ordered.

Yeah21, it’s still in the app but it’s a static one and the instructions were that you need to show it save to the Wallet. When I click on the ticket with the barcode on the app, it says it’s not valid for entry. I’ve emailed one of the tickets to my friend who is going with me. She’s just been so slow at replying to messages, so I don’t even know if she’s received her ticket and if it worked for her (then I would send her my ticket as well). We will see. But I’m off to see Hadestown now after walking around the Flea Market. :)

I will let you know how it goes.

She’s gone one at 11:15pm the last two nights. If I could get a refund I would. That’s utter nonsense.

"I hate this ticketing system with a passion. A waste of time and confusing. So I got that email too. My ticket on my Wallet had a QR code so I went to re-save the ticket into my Wallet as instructed. It just keeps saying it can’t save it to my Wallet at this time. I had been trying since yesterday. So then I thought maybe I need to delete the old one in the Wallet. Maybe that’s the problem. I did and it still won’t let me save the tickets. So, yeah, now I’m in limbo land and will probably have to get to the box office before the show to sort this out. What a pain."

You don't need to add your electronic tickets to a wallet. Just have the TicketMaster app on your phone and log into your account. You'll find your tickets under "My Tickets". Every time you click on "View Barcode it will generate a unique barcode that can only be scanned once. And you can transfer a ticket(s) to a friend via email or text message. Hope this helps.

I've yet to see anyone mentioning her starting before 10:30, and as mentioned above, after 11:00 at least once.

But that's just how she is. I've been to every tour for the last 20 years and the only one I don't recall waiting 2+ hours past start time for was Drowned World in 2001, and that might be because it was just that long ago that I forgot.

Take a nap and have dinner before the show, and don't worry about being late.

The start time is a problem. I had prepared myself for her to go on late so it didn't bother me so much. But there's a difference between waiting two plus hours for show to start in a theater like Howard Gilman than in a bigger venue. The night I saw it the people next to me left before it started because they had a babysitter at home.

The show is over two hours. Starting after 11 is crazy. It's a shame because the show itself was great.

It started at 10:40 tonight and ended at 1:10pm. Incredible show but what a tiring night. I did have an aisle seat on the center and got a fist bump from her. She was very warm and happy in a phone free environment.

I’m so excited for this (x2)! I’m front row center (not aisle) the second night I see her. What are my chances of a fist bump? Also, how much did the snapshot sell for? What’s that process like? Does everyone stay at their seats or does the orchestra rush the stage the entire show?

Also, I will need try to take an afternoon nap both times, but I imagine I’ll be too excited to sleep!

Last night, she started talking about selling the photo and several people already ran towards her with money. The winner paid $2,000.

I got to the theatre and still not able to get the ticket working either via the Wallet or the Ticketmaster app. So they sent me inside to the box office where they gave me a physical ticket. So that’s kinda cool!

The two guys next to me also has problems with their tickets. They had paid $400 per ticket but they couldn’t get it working and because they had bought them through a reseller, they wouldn’t help them like they helped me. So they ended up just buying the two tickets next to me to at least see the show. So there tickets at the box office and my section was $265 or whatever it was. They only paid $89 or $99. Something that low. So if anyone doesn’t have tickets she wants to see the show at a cheap price, just go to the box office and buy them there! By the way, their original seats were four rows in front of us and those seats remained empty the whole night. So something got stuffed up. Also we had a pole giving a partial view of the stage for one seat. We were never told this and we paid full price. Argh!

The whole process with the phone bags was easy and fast.

Hey guys! Would I be allowed to post Madonna tickets on the "Buy/Sell" thread, or is that reserved for theaters?

Have front-row mez for 9/25 that I'd like to sell since I'm going 10/7 instead.

She's really taking money for those poloroids? I thought that was just a bit with Rosie on the first night and she would normally give it away.

Oh and we went to the stage door after the concert and managed to see her there as she walked out to the car.

Where’s stage door in relation to the exit? Do the dancers come out as well and do they stop? Also, how soon after the show ended did she leave?

If you stand directly facing the entrance to the concert venue, the stage door is on the street on the right side of the building. I would say she was out in 45 minutes. Her dancers didn’t come out through there, but one of the daughters walked out just moments before Madonna came out.

Great. Thanks! How big of a crowd was there at stage door?

Hmm. Not a crazy amount. Maybe like 30? We took our time getting out because my friend, a female, had to go to the toilet and the line was long. And then when we got out, we even took lots of pics of us in front of the building. And then we went to the stage door and I still got a good spot. There’s an SUV parked in front of the stage door, so people were just waiting on both sides next to it. It’s not a long walk, so just have your cameras ready for a quick pic before she goes in.

Tonight's my concert! I'm a weird combo of so excited and repeatedly forgetting it's tonight because I'm catching it so early in the tour and there's not an incessant flood of content from everyone on social media giving me FOMO.

Other than Madonna's own content, of course. lol

Yesterday in Times Square, I was speaking to a group of fans who flew from Italy, just to see the show.  They were seeing it 3 times.  They told me on Saturday, September 21, the show started at midnight.  Then, Sunday, September 22, around 10:20.

Jesus. I’m looking forward to seeing it in a couple weeks but just the thought of sitting in a seat for 5 hours waiting for it to start has me thinking of selling my ticket and watching it next year when she releases her video of it.

I mean, this might be stating the obvious, but...don't show up at 7:30?

They say don't show up later than 8:30, but my friends who have gone have all said don't even worry about it: you can show up after 9:00 and encounter no issues whatsoever, given she's never once started earlier than 10:00. It was recommended to me to just be in the area and enjoy hanging out outside, or have dinner across the street, etc. so you're close but not bored.

The official start time is now 9:30, so if she's going on around 10:30, "only" an hour late isn't that extreme. I won't be tickled if I have to wait til midnight, but I guess I weigh my enjoyment of her performances over "having better things to do," which would otherwise be sitting on my couch watching TV.

I plan on getting there around 9:00 tonight so I have time enough for restroom, merch, concession, etc.

Sunday night’s show started at 10:40pm, not 10:20. Finished at 1am.

Yeah, official start time is 9:30pm, so no need to get there earlier. Also the queue moved quickly.

The seats inside are really small and uncomfortable with no legroom. So sitting there for several hours waiting and then throughout a long show was bad. There’s an area inside the theatre where you can get them to open your phone case and you can use your phones. So you can just wait there until the show is about to start. At least you won’t be bored and are not suffering in those seats.
