Amy Sedaris on Broadway?

Im in bed watching At Home With Amy Sedaris and cant help but think that she would be hilarious on stage. Has she ever done theater before? If not, I think she should!

she used to do weird one night only performances of plays in the 90s. I know night, mother was one of them

She wrote quite a few plays with her brother David in the 90s and performed in them, as well. They went by The Talent Family. I'm pretty sure The Book of Liz was their last stage collaboration and that was in 2000 or 2001.

She was in David Lindsay Abaire's WONDER OF THE WORLD at MTC off-Broadway, with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kevin Chamberlain and Kristine Nielsen, among others.  VERY funny play that should be brought back soon.
