Tony viewing party recs

I'd like to go to a Tony viewing party this year - any recommendations of where to go where I can get tix in advance and be guaranteed a place to sit down?  Thanks.

The Laurie Beechman has a party that you can get tickets to in advance by visiting their website. It’s a $2 service charge with a $40 minimum. The Beechman is in the basement of the West Bank cafe and is a fun space. I’ve been to that party and it’s a lot of fun.

Last year I had friends that went to the Show-Score screening.  Nothing too fancy but I think they basically screen it in a movie theater and it's $5 to reserve your seat or just walk in day-of.

Shot in the dark, but is anyone aware of any viewing parties in the Bay Area? Otherwise it's going to be another year of me in my living room with CBS All Access and Tunnel Bear
