Be more chill digital lottery |
Thanks for sharing this. It's hard for me to rush as I don't live in Manhattan but I've had some really good lottery luck this year so will try this for sure.
Awesome! Anyone who wins, please post your seats, curious where these will be located since all their rush is essentially partial view. I’m assuming it’ll just be the left over sears since they haven’t been selling out as opposed to a separate block of designated seats
Update: I ended up winning the lottery for tonight (first try!!! That never happens to me!). Got an obstructed view seat - mezzanine row B seat 19. Wasn’t actually a horrible view, just some of the scaffolding stuff that they have the lights on were in front of me but could see pretty well. Ended up moving at intermission to an empty seat that was front and center so was great. But just wanted to let people know for when they play the lottery that I’m pretty sure they are essentially the same as the rush seats and not a designated section for lotto winners
I also won the lottery for this afternoon's matinee. My seat was orch, d14 - extreme house right (The last seat in the row actually).
I missed everything that happened at the back of the stage, and there were maybe two or three times that I missed anything happening upstage left. Overall I'd say I had a fine view of the action about 90% of the time.

Hi. Won 2 tickets in lottery for matinee today, May 25th. Our seats were first row center orchestra! We were in the "Squib Zone" and received a special pin!!!! Show was amazing from front row....not used to being able to see actors cavities!! Lol.
Won one ticket for today's 2pm matinee. I think its interesting how the drawing says "check back at 9am!" and then "check back at 3pm!" It seems like they do two drawings each day for the same show? I was selected as a winner in the 3pm drawing, purchased at 3:09pm, and it looks like they are putting me 2nd row orchestra center! I'm excited for the excellent seat, but I'm worried I won't be liking the show. Everyone's reviews have been so mixed. I am going to go with an open mind.

Congrats on your win - hope you like it! It’s a fun (and a bit silly, but still fun!). You’ve got a great seat. Today being Wednesday is a two show day, that’s why you have a 9 AM drawing (for the matinee performance) and a 3 PM drawing (for the evening show).
I'm bumping this - has anyone recently won the lottery, and how are the seats? I just won for tomorrow night's performance, but I've already seen the show from last row balc seats

So basically, everyone wins and gets amazing seats. The thinking behind bringing this to Broadway was just so warped. Rest in Peace.
Was this really necessary? Someone asked where seat locations had been from people who'd won and a few of us responded to the question. It's your business if you don't like the show, but I don't understand why people seem to be getting off on its commercial failure/closing.

Because the Michael Riedel set just lives for mean-spirited snark.
