I'm looking at tickets for Hadestown. What is the mezzanine like at the Walter Kerr? I'm looking at the third row of the mezz in the center, which is about $160.

Alternatively, Row Q of the orchestra is the same price, but that may be too far back for me.

The Walter Kerr has the best mezzanine on Broadway. Even the last row of the mezzanine offers a completely full view of the stage.

Thank you, good to know! What is leg room like? My partner (who is on the larger side) will be going with me. He hasn't had an issue in typical Broadway houses, but after my awful experience in the Nederlander mezzanine, I'm cautious.

I also give thumbs-up to the Kerr mezzanine. If he generally doesn't have an issue with legroom, then he won't in the Kerr either. Just stay the hell out of the balcony.

Not until late May. I guess I could wait until previews start and we get reports sight lines, but the front mezz feels like a fairly safe bet (based on what's reported here).

Obviously this is a completely different show than The Great Comet, but since they have the same director I'm hoping that Hadestown will also benefit from seeing the grand scale of everything from the mezz.

I just asked because there’s a discount code somewhere (can’t temember it exactly) but center mezz third row would be $109 until may 12th)
Just an fyi. I’m in the subway right now but I’m sure the code is someplace in bww.

Ah, I appreciate it. Unfortunately I'm going after the cut-off for that code, and I haven't found anything for the end of May.

I could wait and see if a code does come along for my dates, but I'm worried that if I wait too long then the Tony buzz will pick up and I won't have as much of a seat selection.

I'll agree with everyone else - the Mezzanine should be absolutely fine.

I also think (personally) it will give a great POV of the set for Hadestown. I saw the show in London sitting at the back of the theatre, and having a bit of height and distance was great.
