The Metropolitan Community Church (MCC), also known as the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches (UFMCC), is an international Protestant Christian denomination. There are 222 member congregations in 37 countries, and the Fellowship has a specific outreach to lesbian, gay ,bisexual, and transgender families and communities.
In Canada at least, I would put the Unitarian Christian congregations and the United Church of Canada(Protestant) as the next most gay + Christian churches. United and Metropolitan r a bit more Christian some Unitarian congregations have no Christian adherence.

I love Center for Spiritual Living. Not only are they gay friendly but they light the candle for Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity and all its forms, Judaism, Islam and all religions.
The Center in Fort Lauderdale is about 70% gay.
Unity at Symphony Space also has a gay following. They are more solidly Christian based. so being a lapsed Jew, I preferr Center for Spiritual Living.
There is also a gay temple in New York City. I don't remember its name.

(That joke is old enough to collect social security...)

I don't know a ton about queer churches, but if you're looking for a Jewish service/synagogue for whatever reason, CBST (Congregation Beit Simchat Torah) in midtown is NYC's LBGTQ+ synagogue. They're very welcoming of all religions, and often partner with churches and mosques.
