So I am going to the last show of the original cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on March 17. I know the whole company pretty much stage doored for the last show in London and this Broadway cast did it for the first preview. If a lot of actors are leaving a show, or a show is closing do they usually always stage door the last day? Just curious if they will come out and sign or if they just want to go somewhere after and enjoy their last performance.

What I've experienced with final performances of actors is it could go either way. Some come out and just wave to the people waiting because they're celebrating inside the theater. Some could come out and sign and everything, but it would be a very long wait. I'd say wait it out. When's the next time you'll have that chance?

I watched it on February 14 and 15. On the second night, only Anthony, Paul and Sam went out to sign and have their pictures take. Was really looking forward to seeing Jamie and Nome but neither came out.

Only last show I've ever went to was David Cook's last show in Kinky Boots. A woman who seemed to be a staff member came out after 5 minutes waiting out there in the rain saying that he wasn't coming out due to cleaning out his dressing room. A fan handed her a gift to give to him and she went back in then came back out and left with somebody who looked like another staff member 5 mins later. Shortly after that ,David came out and spent a good 40 minutes out there ..
