Hunchback. It counts, it's in their name even thought they like to pretend it's not. There's also the other live action adaptations like HSM, Camp Rock, Freaky Friday, etc.
If you look at both IBDB and Playbill Vault Disney Theatrical Productions is listed as a producer on Peter and the Starcatcher, as well as getting a "produced in association with" credit on Sister Act. It was Aida which was produced under the Hyperion Theatricals name.

Thanks, and thanks to all! I think by their standards the tenth was indeed “Peter and the Starcatcher,” which from everyone else’s comments, seems to match up. Thank you thank you!!
It has to be King David. Although it was a concert staging, it's the only other show that fulfills the requirement of being produced on Broadway.
