Hello everyone! I've got a musical theatre record collection that some of you may be interested in seeing, and wanted some advice.

My great uncle passed away a couple years ago, and left me his and his partner's record collection of around 700-800 records since the 1940s. These are mainly musical theatre soundtracks, and a mixture of US and UK pressings but all are in Very Good to Near Mint quality. It's a phenomenal collection, and I'm in talks with a specialist dealer, but wanted to see if any musical theatre aficionados here would be interested. The link to my Discogs is here, there's 92 that aren't in their database so I need to upload. There's so some classical, opera, jazz and film soundtracks.

If you have any ideas where I could sell them, or if you're interested in them yourself, do drop me a PM or reply. It's been a fascinating mission looking through them all!

Your best bet is to individually list by title and sell per piece to someone who actually wants that title.  Even with the resurge of vinyl, this type of collection has never had high value with dealers.  They will offer to take the collection off your hands and offer you, if lucky, a dollar per item.  Realistically, even less than a dollar.
