Is this a new show - or just a revised version of the West End show (which was filmed for cinema)?

After West End the show brought in a new writer to tweak the book, and it’s had developmental runs at Ogunquit and Fjnger Lakes Music Theatre Festival (who are behind the recent workshop).

So same show... new(ish) book.

Generally a cast album, cinema broadcast and DVD release is the end of the road, but not for this show! Are they still aiming for Broadway?
