Be More Chill Rush |
Not today as I'm at work, but I will stop by tonight to see what the stage door situation is like tonight. On Saturday I will stop by the theater to see what the rush situation s like since it will be the first weekend and people could potentially be there extremely early, maybe even overnight? Do we think that will actually happen?
Thank you! I plan to go up there later in the week just couldn’t today. Yes I think overnights will be a real possibility the question will be how soon is that going to happen.
The only hope is the Lyceum has some pretty bad sight lines that I’m wondering how many rush tickets there are available.
Good question...I don't think the number of rush tickets was specified anywhere.
I wonder if there's already a line right now and how long it is. I'm really used to waking up early, so I can definitely swing by on Saturday to see what the situation is. I'll ask the first person in line what time they got there, too!
rush seats won't be front row since that's the squip zone. Perhaps the boxes or partial view?
I'll admit if rush seats are up in the balcony then I'd probably just pay the $49 regular price balcony seats rather than wait a few hours in the cold.

The show website has the following information about the Squip Zone...
"FOR THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE,
sit in the Squip Zone (the first two rows)
and get an exclusive limited edition collector’s item.
(Items created monthly exclusively for Squip Zone ticket holders.)'
I got in line at around 9:50 on 2/21. There were probably 20 people in front of me. Orch front row with partial view.
Rushed yesterday (Saturday) at 9:00 am. About 30 in front of me. Easily got a ticket for the evening. Mezzanine row C. Partial view but I didn't miss anything except parts of a couple set pieces. No problems seeing the projections.
How's rush looking during the week? I'm hoping to rush the Wednesday matinee next week but I don't know what it'll look like, whether or not local schools are out, etc. (earliest I can get there is probably 9:30)
I rushed today got there around 9:40and there looked to be around 10people in front of me; I was able to get an orchestra seat, 3rd row center, amazing seats!
Honestly the amount of "get off my lawn" old person griping about anything to do with this show is at all-time levels, it's pretty ridiculous. This type of thing - a person "saving" a space for people in line - has been happening in every rush line for every show since forever. Blaming it on "entitled millenials" and "this kind of people" is the epitome of grumpy old man/lady behavior.

If you’re in the neighborhood, and not already drunk for the parade, might be a decent day to come join the line
