Since her career has a long way to go and she's already proven herself by winning multiple Grammys and being nominated for an Oscar, do you think Lady Gaga will be an EGOT* recipient one day? What Emmy and Tony roles would she shine in?
She is not going to win her Oscar for her acting but she has a pretty good chance at taking it home for song. Glenn Close has the Best Leading Actress in the bag. And yes she already has an Emmy. So she would just be in need of a Tony. I don't know if she'd come to Broadway anytime soon. She's got some good momentum at the moment to sign on for another movie or two so I would say coming to Broadway would be at LEAST 5 years away at this point. She did a Barbra role once to great success..... Gaga in Funny Girl?
Depends if she actually takes the time to commit to Broadway. The Tony would probably be the hardest thing for her to win. She can get the Emmy for a concert special or hosting SNL or something.
Honestly, it's extremely possible that her costar Mr. Cooper will EGOT, since he just won the toughest award for an actor (a Grammy). Unless this awards season is the start of him being egregiously overlooked!

I'm not sure about this. Maybe if she does what Springsteen did and brings a concert of sorts to Broadway she'd get an honorary Tony? I do not see a remake or revival of Funny Girl happening soon. Is it even a rumor aside from the Rosie O'Donnell incident?

Do you think that she would make more $$$ than Springsteen? Her audience is less wealthy, I imagine."
It doesn't matter how much of your audience can't afford it, just as long as you have enough wealthy ones to fill the theater every night.
When Gaga announced that she was doing a standard style show and a "piano and jazz" residency side by side in Vegas, I expected the second one to be her Springsteen on Broadway moment: stripped back, just the artist and the piano, telling stories and singing songs.
It turned out to be something equally ingenious: a resurrection of the classic Sinatra-era big band "floor shows." Apparently it's quite good- but I still think she's gonna do her Springsteen on Broadway "unplugged with monologues" sooner than later. And I think there's a Tony, competitive or otherwise, when she does.

Emmy = legitimate peer award
Golden Globe = not a legitimate award; presented by a group with nebulous membership standards who are basically starf*****s and throw statues at the people who regularly show up at their events
