Sorry to be that guy, but I did search before asking. My budget is tight at the moment and there's so much to see.

Would you prefer Rear Mezz or Front Row Balcony for LEAR at the Cort?

How bad is Front Row Balcony for BURN THIS at The Hudson Theatre?

Thanks for your help.

Not sure if you know this, but there's a discount code for KING LEAR that offers $59 mezzanine seats starting at row D.

As far as the Hudson is concerned, I've heard that the balcony is one of the best on Broadway.

People may have opinions on those sections in those theaters in general, but no one can have opinions on those sections for those shows yet.

Thanks so much CT2NYC. I hadn't seen that discount. I've never been in the Hudson. Burn This is one of my favorite plays, but Adam Driver does nothing for me, so my head is all over the map on where to sit for that one.

I bought the front row of the balcony for Burn This, but I'd be surprised if a discount didn't show up soon, so you might want to hold off on it.

The Hudson balcony isn't bad, per se, but it feels pretty high and far away. By contrast, the front row of the Cort balcony is, for my money, the best deal in NYC.
