Does Lucas Hedge still sign in the stage door? |
He probably stopped once he figured out how odious the whole "thing" was. (Remember he is a newbie.) Good for him!

Will he be out of the show this weekend to attend the Golden Globes?
BTW, this was one of the best, most affecting theatrical experiences of my life. Im still tearing up thinking about it.
Thank you for the info.
I want to get the signatures for my friends, I think I can try on the date of the last show.

After that, I waited at the SD, but just after several minutes, I only sew Joan Allen andDavid Cromer came out (only Joan Allen did the SD things). And then the security man said everyone had gone. I still kept waiting but no actors came out. And I even waited again on Jan 3, a bit earlier before the show ended. Again, only a coupleof minutes after the show, the staff said everyone gone. And I kept waiting for a long time still he didn't come out. I know Lucas Hedge did sign before, but I felt that he stopped doing that recently. Did anyone try to wait for him lately?"
As one who also believes stage dooring is odious, I know better than to re-enter this debate, but I am really trying to understand why you would stay (twice, no less) after security said everyone was gone--and stay, in your own words, "for a long time." What is it about security saying "everyone is gone" that made you persist? If you thought security was not telling the truth and actors were "selfishly" lurking inside until the coast was clear (however unlikely) might you not have considered the fact that security was nicely telling you to move along as any actor remaining did not want to be bothered? Would not the courteous thing to do at this point be to move along?
I think the Stage Door (If You Must) Manual for Well Integrated Personalities advises that you take a hint. Or, is this where the unhealthy obsession or desperate need takes over? Something tells me it could also be a case of I-need-Peter-Hedges-to-sign-things so I can sell them on eBay. That you admittedly stayed twice when security told you everyone was gone is one of the reasons some of us reasonably believe stage dooring has more than a twinge of creepiness to it.

Firstly, it is Lucas Hedges not Peter Hedges.
Secondly, how can you assume that I will sell them on ebay? You have no evidence.
In fact, I do this for my friends, who don't live in NY. I do it because I promise to them.
Thirdly, Lucas did it at the beginning and people said he was nice at stage door so I tried it.
If he never does this, and then I will never bother waiting for him.
And please don't act as a teacher to teach people some life lessons, Thank you.

It's actually neither. Lucas Hedges.
