Hello all.  I have been trying to get the discount to work for Waitress.

I used FAM5 and PLAY3.  Each time it says invalid code, or even not valid for tickets you ordered (even though I haven't selected a ticket)  This is the ticketmaster website . Today, Saturday afternoon, the phone doesn't even ring through when dialed.  Maybe a holiday rush has caused some issues? 

Is there a trick some kind soul could share?

Am going 1/13 at 7:00 pm performance.  Or at least trying to go!  Waitress and Discount code

The discounts only work through 1/6, I believe. Theyve been pulled to Bareilles return.
