I have tickets for Cursed Child and Moulin Rouge, and I'm getting tickets to see Dear Evan Hansen again as a gift for a friend of mine! I have a lot of shows that I want to get tickets for, but I don't have specific ones I'm looking for at the moment.

So jealous about Hadestown and Moulin Rouge! I'm hoping they have rush or lottery! Did you see either of them in their previous incarnations-NYTW or out of town?

Personally: I have tickets to Burn This, Kiss Me Kate!, Alice By Heart and just got my ticket to see Sara and Gavin in Waitress :)Â "
I have tickets for The Prom next week, and am super excited.
I'm hoping to make it back to New York in February and June 2019. Not sure of the exact dates or how many slots I'll have, but here's some of what I'm thinking:
Alice by Heart
The Other Josh Cohen
Octet at the Signature Theater
The Scarlet Pimpernel concert
Hadestown
Oklahoma!
The Ferryman
I may also try to do Kiss Me Kate and/or The Cher Show depending on timing.
Also, I know I'm late, but the Come From Away tour comes to San Francisco in January and I'm really excited to finally see it!
I stopped buying many advance tickets, since they hold back all the good seats and usually overestimate how many premiums they will need (which is the point), so I only have advance tix to:
Kiss Me Kate
Alice By Heart
Gary
And both nights for John Cameron Mitchell at Town Hall.

WOW! What a great lineup!! I hope you get to see them! Also, Come From Away is definitely one of my favorites.
I went a little overboard with my ticket buying, but am excited to have this thread to brag, haha.
So far (for this 2018-2019 Tony season, Broadway shows only) I've seen The Prom, Be More Chill (Off-Bway), King Kong, Torch Song, and American Son.
Coming up for Broadway, I have tickets to: The Ferryman (This coming Sunday and excited is an understatement) The Waverly Gallery (Next week) Choir Boy (January) Lifespan of a Fact (January) Network (January) To Kill a Mockingbird (January) The Cher Show (January) True West (January) Kiss Me Kate (April) Hadestown (April) Tootsie (April) Gary (April) Hillary & Clinton (May)
And I plan to get tickets to Oklahoma, Burn This, and Beetlejuice... and probably King Lear. All My Sons is one of those shows I don't really have interest in, but if it's getting Tony buzz I'll definitely go.
From that list, I'm easily most excited about The Ferryman, Network, Hadestown, and Tootsie. Non-Broadway, I'm most excited about seeing Cynthia Erivo at Live From Lincoln Center this Thursday!
(And I forgot all about Alice By Heart... thanks for the reminder, thread!)
Well I turn 70 in 2019 so my sister is bringing me to NYC twice !! In May we are seeing The Prom, Be More Chill, Hadestown,Tootsie,To Kill a Mockingbird, Hillary and Clinton and The Cher Show. Then we come back on August 16 for my birthday and we will see Moulin Rouge then the next day Oklahoma! and Dear Evan Hansen for the 4 th time. I am a happy man!!
Just bought a ticket to Alice By Heart in February. I had completely forgotten about it until I read through this thread. I was getting a little concerned about seat choices so I decided to just grab one now.
Hadestown Octet Alice by Heart Gary Tootsie Merrily We Roll Along Network The Secret Life of Bees Superhero Lolita, My Love (York)
Ferryman and Mockingbird are not on the list because I've seen them. I saw Moulin Rouge! in Boston, while I enjoyed it, I'm not eager to see it again. I've seen Tootsie in Chicago too, but I'm excited to see what's changed.
Outside of NYC, I've planned and am excited about: The Music Man @DC (w/ Jessie Mueller, Norm Lewis) The Flamingo Kid @Hartford (Scott Frankel & Michael Korie) Next to Normal @Chicago (directed by David Cromer) Queen of the Mist @Chicago (LaChiusa fan here)

January 4 - 7 I’m seeing: - [ ] Torch Song - [ ] The Lifespan of a Fact - [ ] The Waverly Gallery - [ ] American Son - [ ] Be More Swing! - 54 Below ———————————————————
Plus either (Depending on which we can win lottery tickets for or which is available on TKTS):
[ ] Dear Evan Hansen or
[ ] Kinky Boots
I would’ve picked The Ferryman (since I’ve already seen KB & DEH), but my friend wasn’t up for a 3 hour play about the Irish. I’m secretly hoping we don’t win digital lottery for KB, but then do win for DEH or don’t win for either, but DEH pops up on 1/4 at TKTS. But I suspect we’ll see KB which is fine. I haven’t seen it since 2013 so it’ll be nice to revisit it before it closes even if it’s not my first choice. I’m also secretly entering digital lottery for Hamilton (it would be first time for my friend, but I’ve seen it 3x - once in 2015 on Broadway plus 2x in Chicago).

Well, if you lose the Kinky lottery, you will likely get a code to use for lottery loser seats, so... need to factor that in as something to avoid or to steer into when it happens.
Honestly, I have considered that. Depending on how often DEH is appearing at TKTS the days leading up to 1/4/19, I might forgo the loser tickets and take our chances at TKTS. Any idea where loser tickets for KB tend to be located?
Moulin Rouge! is the show i'm looking forward to the most. My friend Logan is in Jagged Little Pill so i'm constantly creeping his IG for any glimmer of hope for a Broadway transfer announcement

Usually extreme side orchestra, I think. The good part is you can pick them on Ticketmaster a day in advance.
The selling point for TKTS is they usually have better seats, since they are often premiums that didn't sell, so you're getting discounted regular price tickets that were being held as premium, as opposed to extreme side orchestra seats.
