Every year we give the gift of Broadway tickets to our children. Does anyone have any fun or creative ways to wrap / present Bway tickets as a gift? This year we're going to see Harry Potter and The Cursed Child.

Thank you,

i’m not sure how old your kids are but giving them the tickets in envelopes in the style of the acceptance letters from hogwarts would be cute

My favorite memories are opening up Broadway/theater related items (books, souvenir programs, etc) and flipping through it to then suddenly find the tickets inside. Those few instances were so special.

What if you bought your kids their Hogwart house's T-Shirts and placed the tickets in those?

Piggybacking on that, maybe you could put the tickets in a stuffed owl’s beak or something?

– Put the ticket inside a sock, and put the sock in a book (like how he freed Dobbie)!

– Make it a game:  Put a few wrapped boxes inside each other with some little Potter-related hints: Bertie bots, chocolate wand, a shirt etc. Or, devise a scavenger hunt around the house.

– Attach the ticket to a mundane gift like soap or q-tips and just wait for them to figure it out, even if it takes a few days!

Whatever you do, just make sure they don't rip the ticket in half when taking off the wrapping... :)

Then there was the time I received a gift wrapped box of matzos which contained tickets for FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.

OP, this definitely has to happen! The only appropriate way to deliver Harry Potter tickets is by owl, imho. Make a Hogwarts letter to go with it and you're golden.

Have fun! It's really cute that you do this for your kids.
