Neil Simon Theatre - Last Row Mezz

Hey guys,

Since my fraternity's outing to TORCH SONG was cancelled because of the show's early closing, we are looking into THE CHER SHOW. However, for most of us, the price range is the last few rows of the mezzanine 

I was wondering if anyone has seen the show from this vantage. I know it's a spectacle, but is anything lost by sitting in the cheap seats?

I didn't sit there, but I went up to take some pics for a friend, from row R, and I thought the view looked great. Here are 2 pics, the first looks much further it was, and the second is zoomed in closer to actuality:

I remember sitting back there for Big Fish and I didn’t think it was bad at all.

I found it pretty dismal for AIA Pt. 2, but that may be because it was a "smaller" show where you' want to see expressions, etc. And because we'd lucked out with much better TDF seats for Pt 1.

That said, how is Cher selling? If poorly, is rush a possibility?

I sat last row center for Cats and the view wasn't bad at all

I sat up there for Angels in America and the sightlines were pretty good for being in the last row. However, I did have trouble hearing. During intermission, I got an assisted hearing device and it easily fixed the problem.
