This honestly sounds like Springtime for Hitler. Something so impossibly horrible that it’s almost brilliant.

But then again, Cats was always kind of that.

It could be motion capture(ala Avatar) - although I have no idea if motion capture can be translated into the cat imagery between now and the release date.

I intend to see this film on opening night with a big bucket of popcorn.  It's going to be so wonderfully awful.  I truly can't wait to watch this nightmare play out on screen.

Yeah, he's actually classically trained. Doesn't mean this movie is gonna suck less but his vocals definitely won't be a problem.
