Introversion in Acting#1

As an introvert working and studying as an actor, it has been a recurring struggle for me to find my "voice" in collaborative and academic theatrical settings. I have often felt that my contributions have been overshadowed by louder, more extroverted voices in the room. I feel like extroverted actors have a natural leg up in the room because they are not drained by social interaction the way I am. I also sometimes feel that professors and directors will reward or give attention to these actors more, thus hampering my development in the art form.

Does anyone else struggle with this?

Can you spare 10 minutes to take a short survey about introversion in acting? I am currently helping someone write a book about this topic, and would love to have your feedback.
