Broadway Cares Fall Red Bucket Collections |
Eagerly awaiting this information as well, especially for Mean Girls. Last year I got a bit of my holiday shopping via donations/sales, and did some very early during the Easter Bonnet collections.
OOTI
- buttons for the four gods (and I believe Ti Moune as well) $5 each or $20 for all five
- "Agwe don't flood my garden" umbrellas, I believe it was $40
- Asaka aprons, I believe it was "Mamma Will Provide" I believe $60
- backstage tour led by Alex for $300
- signed posters and a few more such things
If you missed buying things in previous BC/EFA drives, I'm selling a bunch of it on eBay right now: https://www.ebay.com/sch/oasisjeff/m.html
Neither of the two shows I've done so far this weekend have done any collecting for BC/EFA. American Son is still in previews and doesn't have much in the way of merch at all (so not much they could offer, I guess?), but I was surprised Bernhardt/Hamlet wasn't doing anything. Roundabout usually has signed window cards/playbills during collection drives.
Bump- Apologia has playbills and Posters- posters are $50, not sure on playbills. Anyone else have updates?
Mean Girls had an apron for $20 and then signed posters and playbills.
American Son didn't collect, which isn't out of the ordinary since still in previews.
Band's Visit had posters and playbills but I missed the prices.

Mean Girls signed Playbill: $60
Mean Girls signed poster: $120
They also had torn shirts from the show (when Cheech Manohar as Kevin G rips his shirt open during one scene) that they were selling for, I think, $50. I believe those were only at the Sunday night performance, though, since there were 8 (maybe they hold a full week's worth for sale then?).
Also, Mother of the Maid had nothing for BC/EFA, but the Public seems to just not do merch sales at all so not that strange.

I think I need that War Paint magnet. I saw it closing night and they were all out - and I literally have not seen a single one since
On 10/28, Noma did the BC/EFA speech at Harry Potter. They offered that Sunday's cast signed Part 2 Playbills for $100 and pictures with certain cast members (those holding the red buckets) with a donation.

Ironically, they were giving away a magnet with anything you purchased toward the end. Guess they got carried away...

Seconding this. The girls in front of me asked for the selfies, and they are $10 according to Sam (Albus).
The Play That Goes Wrong does a fully signed Playbill for $20

Are they selling the Carols for a Cure CD at the theaters. I'm in Texas and ordered mine online a couple of weeks ago and haven't received anything yet?

The Come From Away tour in Denver had signed posters for $200 and signed hats (the yellow Newfoundlander hat) for $300. (As of Friday's performance 11/16, they said they had four posters left and only one hat).
