Best seats for this show (in the Neil Simon) in orchestra or front mezz?

My personal suggestion would be to play the lottery.  If it is set up the same as Chicago was, you would get front row tickets to see the show and see how amazing Bob Mackie's costumes and also see the three amazing actresses playing Cher!...

I'm very excited that SJB has this role, just wow.  I hope this show is good.  I'm looking forward to the first reviews here next Thursday.

I'm guessing no one can answer my question?

Stephanie J. Block is absolutely the best thing about this show.  I was at the press preview for the show and in the second act when she wins the Oscar for "Moonstruck", she comes up through the center of the stage in Cher's Oscar gown.  The place went nuts, so much so, that it ruined the rhythm of the show.  She stood there and could not believe the response from the audience.  She responded with some Cher body movement and said nothing.  It was an amazing moment!...

I didn't see the show in Chicago, but I have been in the Neil Simon. I bought a front mezz ticket for The Cher Show based on the production photos from the try-out. I don't like the rear mezz there, because it feels very far away.

The first row of the front mezzanine appears to overhang the 8th row of the orchestra. Can it be a bad seat? The only thing I would be concerned about is whether there's enough leg room and whether there's a railing that might partially obstruct my view of the stage. Anyone know?
