Partial View @ Nederlander? |
There are a few types of "partial view" in the Nederlander orchestra - front row they call "partial view" - but it's basically full view from center orchestra. Far left and far right in the front couple of rows - those seem like the view might be truly partial view where you might miss the action on the side of the side of the stage you are sitting on.
From the back of the orchestra, the only thing that I think might be obstructing your view is mezzanine overhang. I sat in the last row in Orchestra center and you can see the overhang of the mezzanine, but unless there's action above the stage (rarely) I doubt you miss anything. Maybe at one point there are people in the fire escape higher on the stage and that might get blocked.

Ya I'm looking at the last row and all the way to the right or to the left. Didn't know if the boxes got in the way of the stage at all.
I got one for NEWSIES orchestra house right a few rows back from the stage. End seat. It was literally tilted sideways. By the end of the show I was actually in pain. I spoke to someone there about it but I hear the seats are still like that. The view was fine but the seat was very uncomfortable.
Just give the world Love.

Oh my that sounds awful. I'm more worried about the view than the comfort I guess. But I'm looking at back orchestra
