Dear Evan Hansen Telecharge Download Trouble

So, I need a little help.  I purchased a ticket to Dear Evan Hansen through Telecharge.  The email came a couple days later with the subject: Your E-Tickets Print Immediately.

When I go to my Telecharge page on my laptop computer, it says to use your phone to "download" the ticket and that computer or tablet downloading is not available.

So, I downloaded it on my iPhone and then the ticket went into my wallet app.  I don't think there is an actual ticket I can print off to keep as a safeguard should something happen to my phone.  I can screenshot the wallet page, but I'm also reading around and hearing that shows don't accept tickets on their phones...

So, I need your expertise.  I apologize if it's something simple, and I'm just overlooking.  Thanks!

OK.  Problem solved. 

I figured as soon as I asked for help I'd figure it out...

Ughhh!  It was attached on the email on my phone.  I can print that copy.

Shows will accept a ticket on your phone. I've been fine with mobile tickets at Frozen, Head Over Heels, and The Parisian Woman, as well as having a mobile ticket for The Cher Show next month. Just make sure you show them the ticket as it appears in your wallet, not a screenshot, and you'll be good!

I'm fairly certain that telecharge won't allow you to load a phone ticket if the theater doesn't accept them.
