Has anyone gone to this before? We just bought our tickets and wondering what to expect.

I think the link you provided gives you a real good idea what to expect-- couldn't say whether it lives up to its claim. (Sounds like it could be fun.)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

If anyone else is considering this event but doesn't have a Capitol One card, you may be able to book it here, for a bit cheaper too.

What did you think? I ended up going this morning since my friend had an extra ticket and she invited me last minute.

I didn't realize there was going to be a show (friend invited me to go because she knew I love food and will eat..... and that I enjoy watching Bway!)

The standout performances for me was seeing Alyssa Fox (Elsa understudy) perform "Let it Go" from Frozen and watching the Band from the Band's Visit perform. Alyssa was AMAZING!!! Wow!  I didn't even know she was the understudy. I'd see the show again if she performs.

Overall I enjoyed the event. Most of the food items were dessert-type but I enjoyed eating the savoury items. My favorites were:

Mean Girls - buttermilk fried chicken with strawberry waffle (yes it was PINK!)

Band's Visit - hummus with egg and something else I can't remember

Torch Song- potato latke

For desserts, I liked My Fair Lady's chocolate raspberry mousse, Frozen's hot chocolate with marshmallow, and Head over Heels's red velvet waffle.

It was all-you-can-eat and drink for 2.5 hours and my friend and I certainly had a great time!!!
