ACCESS10 tickets went on sale this morning for MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG.  I have pairs for MERRILY for both Saturday 1/12 (eve) and Sunday 1/13 (mat) that I'm looking to swap in exchange for a pair to either the Tuesday 1/15 or Weds 1/16 performances.  PM me for details if interested.  NOT looking to sell either pair --- only for an even swap.

I refreshed two browsers (chrome and explorer because roundabout tends to go back and forth on which actually works) from 9:58 to 10:05

The explorer never let me even choose a time when I selected a date and chrome wasn't showing dates at all. Finally Chrome did, a date had 1 ticket left and when I selected it I got a user error and the ticket disappeared. I've never had this happen for an access10 ticket.

Refreshing the browsers didn't work for me, either. I had to close both browsers and start over to get it to work, and, by that time, everything was gone. Since it had a lot more available seats, True West was much easier.

Same thing happened to me.  Had both IE and Chrome open.  At first Chrome seemed to work while IE didn’t allow me to pick the performance time for any date.  I was able to pick a ticket on Chrome,  but then when I tried to check out, I got an error message.  Never got Chrome to work again.  A few minutes later, IE finally started working, but by then all the Access10 tickets were gone.  Very dissapointed.  It sounds like you’ve never had an issue with the Roundabout site and Access10 tickets before, but I think other people have mentioned issues on other threads?  Do people have a lot of problems getting Access10 tickets?

Im glad it wasn't just me.

 

I've had issues with the site before but I've always managed to snag a ticket to whatever.

I always have trouble with the Roundabout site when buying Access 10 tickets. It always gives me some kind of error message.

I was worried that I'd have issues with Access10 this morning after hearing about other user experiences, but I was able to grab tickets without trouble. Roundabout's site is extremely buggy and inconsistent, though. The need to logout, reload, and/or switch browsers to get seats to show up or for the promo box to appear is absurd.

Blink of an eye they were all gone. Five of us tried to get access to tickets from 9:59 a.m. on. No luck on phone or computets.
