Broadway Grosses: Week Ending 9/30/18 |

OOTI's rapid decline is almost jarring to see.
Surprised that Lifespan hasn't been on TDF yet with those numbers.
Also, Summer was regularly grossing over $1M in May/June and now it’s regularly in the mid-$600K range. Curious if they’ll end it around New Year’s.
On the bright side of things: still can't wrap my head around the fact that Hamilton is regularly grossing over $3.2 million a week.
I'm curious about the running costs of Summer and Waitress. They both seem to be hovering at an amount where they for sure could be in the black, but it's hard to say. I wouldn't be surprised if either called it quits right after the holidays. Maybe Waitress will get a great star to come in who can boost it again. I'll keep fingers crossed for it as it's one of my favorite shows still running.
Head Over Heels continuing to stay open when it must be atrophying money is truly shocking.

I was at the Flea performance and sadly it was not sold out. The few back rows of the orchestra were empty. The energy was great, though.
I love OOTI but those are not good numbers. I honestly wonder how Head Over Heels is still open
I don't think Waitress or Summer will make it past the holidays, both seem to have been on the lower end of grosses recently. Nice to see a bit of a boost for Anastasia and Beautiful though since they haven't been making huge amount recently (though nowhere near Head Over Heels level)

I guess by never reading the same answer every week as to why it remains open?
Anything that is open now, isn't closing before January 6th (unless it was already a limited run to begin with).
The Saturday night show was tied to DragCon. Several big name Drag Queens were in attendance. This is probably the show that they are referring to was sold out. I was not there, we attended the matinee on Saturday, but spoke with someone from the show at the flea.
I was trying to figure out the exact answer, but shall we just observe that it has been a LONG time since we had a week in which the question "how much longer does Kinky Boots have?" has not been asked in this thread...
What I'm the most surprised about is the fact that Beautiful has ''good numbers'' after really bad weeks. Did something happen?
I would never guess that between the two Mueller's shows, Beautiful would last longer.

Beautiful has been performing on tons of shows recently, they just performed on Americas got talent and are performing on Dancing with the stars I believe this week

Then you should read this website and threads more often. Closes April 7th.

I'm jealous.
He never called me DEAR.
I'm so happy for Andy Karl.
